Mechanical Fuel Pump Missing

The '65 196 is missing a fuel pump. I'm used to the fuel pump being where the square cover is:



An electrical fuel pump must have been used on this engine. A mechanical fuel pump uses this cam to operate:

fuel_pump_cam

I have a very nice old Carter fuel pump I can use on this engine. More on that later.
